Calendar Kids AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 15 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (24 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated). Because of this new COVID world, if you or your child are sick, please reschedule. I will work something out for you.

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Ellen's Photography.

DEPOSIT: There is a deposit of $40 to book your session. It will apply towards your order.

Due to limited space, and too many distractions for the little ones, we ask that you not bring additional people to your session. Online viewing is available for everyone to help in the selection process. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making this a quick and fun experience for you!
